Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedule:

For deliveries within the Continental U.S.:

  • Shipping costs of $9.99 apply to orders under $150
  • Enjoy free shipping on orders above $150

Exclusions apply, including Salon Chairs and Furniture.  Does not apply to wholesale orders.

Residential Fee:

Please be advised that a $5.65 fee will be applied for residential delivery. This fee covers the additional costs associated with delivering to residential addresses

P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO: 

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. For deliveries to PO boxes, we rely on USPS. However, it’s important to be aware that USPS often returns packages addressed to PO boxes if they are undeliverable. We recommend providing a physical address for smoother delivery.

Alaska & Hawaii:

Orders heading to Alaska/Hawaii will face shipping charges determined by the order’s weight and chosen shipping method If you’re placing an order for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please reach out to our Customer Service team at 1-800-888-4055 to review your order and provide precise shipping costs.

International Deliveries:

Shipping to most international addresses is not available. If you’re located outside the United States and wish to make a purchase from us, kindly contact us at info@nancysbeauty.com to determine the feasibility of processing your order.

Shipping Times:

Monday – Friday: We are able to ship most orders same day when received by 12pm PST / 3pm EST.  Exceptions do arise, in which case allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders will be dispatched from Nancy’s Beauty Warehouse, and an email confirmation will be sent upon shipment.

Weekends and Holidays:

Expect 1-2 business days for order processing during weekends and holidays. Delivery times may experience slight delays due to holiday schedules.

Change of Address:

Please ensure any address modifications are completed before your order is shipped. If changes are necessary after your order is placed, get in touch with us within 24-48 hours of placing your order at 1-800-888-4055 at your earliest convenience. Customers will bear the responsibility for any associated costs incurred with incorrect addresses or address changes made after the order has left Nancy’s Beauty Warehouse.

Order Tracking

You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Delays:

Occasional delays may occur due to factors such as shipping delays, holidays, or a surge in order volume. If your order encounters a delay, reach out to us at 1-800-888-4055 for assistance.

  1. New customers may experience a slight delay as we verify professional licenses, a process not exceeding 24-48 hours.
  2. In the event of an “attempted delivery” notification, anticipate UPS attempting delivery on the following business day.

Damaged, Defective, Mis-Shipped:

Nancy Beauty Warehouse will replace/refund any item(s) damaged in transit, defective upon receipt, or mis-shipped. Please carefully examine your order and report any issues within seven days of receipt. 

Requesting a Return (Online Orders Only)

Returns of all online orders require a Return Authorization Number. To start a return, call 1-800-888-4055 or email at info@nancysbeauty.com. Once a return is approved, a return authorization form will be issued and must be mailed back with the returned item(s) for proper return processingReturn Authorizations expire 30 days after issue. 

All merchandise must be returned unopened, in saleable condition, in the original manufacturer’s packaging.  No returns allowed for makeup, skincare, waxes, eyelashes, eyelash extension glue and hygiene products.  There are no returns, credits, refunds, or exchanges on sale or custom items. Damaged, used and/or stickered products will not be accepted. 

Upon receiving the returned merchandise, refunds will be issued within five business days.

Shipping, additional fees, and promotional coupons are not included in the refund amount. Special orders are not eligible for returns. 

Salon equipment/furniture must be returned in original packaging in resaleable condition and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns within 30-Days

For returns within 30-days of purchase, Nancy’s Beauty Warehouse will provide a return label for unopened items in resalable condition.

Returns after 30-Days.

Nancy’s Beauty Warehouse does accept returns after 30-days, up to 90 days.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges on these returns.  These items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

No Returns after 90-Days.

Nancy’s Beauty Warehouse does not accept returns after 90-Days.  For defective merchandise, a Manufacturer’s Warranty may apply. 

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, a refund will not be issued and the merchandise will not be returned.

Sales Tax

Items shipped within the State of California are subject to sales. Orders made outside California have no sales tax.
